HELLO Lager started with a simple idea: finding an alcohol-free lager that I actually wanted to drink. Too often, the options out there felt slightly sweet, overly malty, and lacking in body rather than refreshing. While things have improved over time, I still wanted something different. Something fun, refreshing and full of feel-good vibes.

That’s how HELLO Lager was born, a beer for those moments when you don’t want the alcohol but still want something genuinely tasty.

With over 25 years in the drinks industry - across a variety of roles and experience as an international beer judge, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what makes a great beer. Alongside that, sport and wellbeing have always been an important part of my life, shaping my belief in a balanced, healthy lifestyle. To me, the link between wellness, functional drinks, and beer has always made sense, yet these worlds rarely come together. Functional ingredients are typically confined to soft drinks, leaving a clear gap in the beer space.

That’s where HELLO Lager is different.

We’ve brought them together, creating an alcohol-free lager infused with Magnesium, L-Theanine, and Vitamin C - our “Feel-Good Vibes” blend. While there’s plenty of discussion around the benefits of these ingredients depending on dosage and use, HELLO Lager is crafted with just the right balance. It’s designed for those moments when you want to chill out not, zone out.

As a husband and wife running an independent company, championing British ingredients is at the heart of what we do. That’s why we dry-hop with Opus Hop, a UK-grown hop celebrated for its excellent bitterness, fruitiness and citrus notes. We also use a carefully selected blend of East Anglian malts, known for their quality across the brewing industry. We are proud to produce HELLO Lager with Adnams in Suffolk, a historic and forward-thinking brewery known for both exceptional beer and a strong commitment to sustainability.
